DESCRIPTION
Palette for diffusion band and band formed with the same technical field of the invention
The present invention corresponds to the technical field of the diffusion bands as well as the vanes for said diffusion band used in diffusers to extract the sugars of different raw materials through the continuous washing of the chopped raw material and deposited on the band of diffusion, where said vane is formed by a folded sheet body, formed with multiple breaks of its surface.
Background of the Invention
The diffusion bands used in diffusers for the extraction of sugars from different raw materials through their washing, are formed by a series of pallets, which are internal elements of the band whose mission is to transport the raw material to along the entire diffusion band, from the entry of product or raw material to the exit of the same and allow the passage of liquid with which the raw material is washed for the extraction of its sugars through it through perforations in The surface of the pallets.
Really a single pallet by itself is not able to perform this task, but a set of dozens of pallets form a kind of metal conveyor belt through which said product is transported. This set of individual pallets are joined together by means of a chain at each of its ends. These chains are those that transmit the movement to the set of pallets and in turn some pinons are the ones that provide movement to the chain.
With this band the raw material is run along the diffuser, with the aim of extracting the sugars of different raw materials through a continuous washing. In this way, the raw material enters through one end of the diffuser and is washed by hot water so that the sugars contained in said raw material dissolve in the water or sugary juice as it moves along the conveyor belt that forms The set of pallets. When this raw material reaches the other end or exit of the

diffuser, practically all the sugars are dissolved in the water and the raw material leaves the diffuser free of sugars.
These vanes or pallet assemblies are designed in such a way that they support the weight of the raw material plus the weight of the wash water retained therewith. In addition to supporting the weight, they must allow the wash water to pass through the layer of raw material and subsequently pass through the pallet, so that these pallets have perforations that allow the passage of water.
These pallets have been evolving and currently, they present a geometry with which it is to mechanically support the weight that falls on it and is obtained from a perforated flat sheet, which through a folding process acquires the desired shape. With this folding it is possible to have a greater mechanical resistance to support the weight and also it is possible to have a greater number of perforations than if it were a flat sheet, which allows a greater area of passage for the water that the pallet has to pass through.
Currently, the vanes are formed by one or two perforated flat sheets arranged consecutively, which fold so that the vane has a symmetrical shape with two ridges, a valley area between both and two wings of smaller dimension, horizontal, for the support of each sheet. These wings are welded to a flat sheet that forms the base of the vane. Thus, between every two ridges, whether of the same vane or adjacent vanes, a space is formed in which the raw material is deposited.
These palettes have several drawbacks. The first of these is that between every two pallets there is a gap through which waste passes, obstructing the mobility of mechanical elements, such as the chain, pinons, motor, etc.
In addition, the spaces in which material is deposited between two pallets are open at the ends of each of them, so there is a fall of material towards the ends of the band, which causes fouling and loss of raw material that does not It is processed.
On the other hand, the existing pallet design, over time, presents flexions in the central area of the same, due to the weight of the raw material and the washing water.

Description of the invention
The palette for diffusion band presented here, is used in diffusers to extract the sugars of different raw materials through the continuous washing of the raw material chopped and deposited on the diffusion band, where said pallet is formed by a body of folded sheet, formed with multiple breaks of its surface, a surface that includes multiple through holes through which the water that carries dissolved sugars from the raw material deposited in the diffusion band passes through.
The body of said pallet formed by sheet folded in multiple breaks ends on both sides by means of wings arranged in differentiated and substantially parallel planes.
Likewise, the body of said vane has at least one end piece of lateral closure placed orthogonally to the axis of the vane that joins both an end wing and the wall adjacent to said wing.
According to a preferred embodiment, the body of the vane is formed by at least two folded sheets, formed by multiple breaks of its surface, such that each of the two wings of the blade is formed by a first end of one of these two sheets respectively and where both plates are joined together by a second end thereof, which forms a stiffening rib of the vane in the central area thereof.
According to a preferred embodiment, the vane body comprises two end pieces of lateral closure arranged at one of the ends of the vane respectively, where the end piece is arranged on the side of the vane such that it joins that wing located at a parallel plane superior to the other wing.
In this report, in turn, a diffusion band formed by the union of multiple palettes as defined above is presented, through a transmission chain. In said diffusion band, the extreme wings of each two contiguous vanes overlap each other, being in differentiated planes and parallel to each other, avoiding empty spaces between a vane and its immediate contiguous.
According to a preferred embodiment, the end pieces of lateral closure in this diffusion band have dimensions such that they project towards the proximity of the wing and the

adjacent wall to said wing of the adjacent vane, forming a closed space between the end spans of each two adjacent vanes
According to another aspect, in a preferred embodiment, each of the blades is fixed to one of the links of the transmission chain by means of fixing means formed by a plate that has two ends attached to one of the wings of the blade. respectively, where said plate has two through holes and means for screwing the link, in the intermediate zone between the ends thereof.
With the palette for the diffusion band and the diffusion band formed with said palettes, a significant improvement in the state of the art is obtained here.
This is so because of the shape of the pallet, in which the wings of the same are arranged in differentiated and substantially parallel planes, there is an overlap between a vane and the adjacent one, which prevents the entry of waste into the intermediate zone between two pallets. In this way, obstructions in the mechanical elements are avoided and their life is extended.
On the other hand, thanks to the end piece of lateral closure that presents the band at the ends of the same between each two pallets, it is possible to avoid the exit of the raw material by said ends, with which the material losses are significantly reduced in this sense.
In addition, the shape adopted by the two folded sheets that form the vane has a stiffening rib in the central area, formed by the union of the ends of said plates in said central area. This allows greater rigidity of the pallet against the weight of raw material and water it supports.
It is therefore obtained, with the same amount of sheet metal as in the state of the art, to obtain a very effective pallet, which supports a greater load capacity and prevents both the raw material exit from the ends, as well as the area between pallets .

Figure 2.- Shows an elevation view of a series of vanes arranged in a diffusion band, for a preferred embodiment of the invention.
Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention
In view of the figures provided, it can be observed that in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the vane (1) for diffusion band (2) proposed herein is used in diffusers to extract sugars from different raw materials through the continuous washing of the raw material chopped and deposited on the diffusion band (2), where said vane (1) is formed by a folded sheet body, formed with multiple breaks of its surface, surface that includes multiple holes ( 3) interns through which the water that carries dissolved sugars from the raw material deposited in the diffusion band (2) passes through.
As shown in Figure 1, the body of said vane formed by sheet folded in multiple breaks ends on both sides by means of two wings (4.1, 4.2) arranged in differentiated and substantially parallel planes.
In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the body of the vane (1) has two end pieces (5) of lateral closure to prevent the fall of raw material by the ends of the vane (1). These end pieces (5) are placed orthogonally to the axis of the blade (1) and are attached to an end wing (4.2) thereof as well as to the adjacent wall (6) of said wing.
Said two end pieces (5) of lateral closure, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, are arranged at one of the ends of the vane (1) respectively, and each end piece (5) is arranged on the side of the vane (1) such that it joins that wing (4.2) located in a parallel plane superior to the other wing (4.1).

As can be seen in Figure 1, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the body of the vane (1) is formed by two folded sheets (7), formed by multiple breaks of its surface.
Thus, the two wings (4.1, 4.2) of the vane (1) are formed by a first end (7.1) of each of said two plates (7) respectively and both plates (7) are joined together by a second end (7.2) thereof in the central area of the vane (1), so that a stiffening rib (8) thereof is formed in said central area. This stiffening rib (8) provides a greater load capacity to the pallet (1), for the support of the raw material and the washing water thereof.
This report also proposes a diffusion band (2) formed by the union of multiple vanes (1) as defined above, through a transmission chain.
As can be seen in Figure 2, to form the diffusion band (2), the vanes are positioned such that the extreme wings (4.1, 4.2) of each of said two adjacent vanes (1) overlap each other, avoiding in this way the existence of empty spaces between a palette (1) and the palette (1) adjacent to it. This is possible because the two wings (4.1, 4.2) of each pallet (1) are in different planes and parallel to each other.
In addition, the diffusion band (2) of this preferred embodiment of the invention is formed by the union of several vanes (1) as defined, which have two end pieces (5) of lateral closure to prevent the exit of raw material by the ends of the palette (1). As shown in said Figure 2, these end pieces (5) of lateral closure have dimensions such that they project towards the proximity of the wing (4.1) and the adjacent wall (6) to said wing (4.1) of the vane (4.1). 1) contiguous, forming a closed space between the extreme spans of each two adjacent vanes (1).
In this preferred embodiment of the invention, each of the vanes (1) is fixed to one of the links of the transmission chain (not shown in the Figures) by means of fixing means that are formed by a plate (9 ) shown in Figures 1 and 2, with two ends (10, 11) attached to one of the wings (4.1, 4.2) of the vane (1) respectively.

Said plate (9) has two through holes (12) and means for screwing the link in the intermediate zone between the ends (10, 11) thereof.
The embodiment described is only an example of the present invention, therefore, the details, terms and specific phrases used herein are not to be considered as limiting, but are only to be understood as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis that provides an understandable description as well as sufficient information to the person skilled in the art to apply the present invention.
With the palette for diffusion band and the band formed by the union of said pallets presented here, important improvements are achieved with respect to the state of the art.
Thus, since the vane is formed by two folded plates welded in the form of M with the lateral ends forming wings, at different heights, they allow the overlapping of the extreme wing of a vane over the extreme wing of the other vane, getting that overlap prevent the entry of waste in the intermediate zone between every two pallets.
In addition, the ends of both welded plates in the central area of the pallet, provide greater robustness to it, offering a greater load capacity of the layer of raw material that is deposited on the band.
On the other hand, thanks to the end pieces of lateral closure that the vanes have welded at the ends of the plates, the exit of raw material towards the sides of the pallet is prevented.
With all this, a greater use of the raw material is achieved, since the losses of the same are minimized and the problems due to obstructions in the mechanical elements are reduced, since thanks to the overlapping of the pallets the exit of raw material between the same, which results in a longer useful life of said mechanical elements.
Therefore, a palette and a diffusion band are achieved, much more effective.
